Lucinda founded Harriet in January 2024.

Before then, she worked as a legal policy adviser at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (implementing the Jenkins Report into parliamentary workplaces), as parliamentary counsel for the Federal government, and as a solicitor in global law firm Baker McKenzie in the Major Projects team.

She has also worked as in-house counsel for the Asia-Pacific division of one of the world’s largest companies, and as an adviser for governmental bodies and IGOs in Australia and the United States (including the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the United Nations, and the American Bar Association).
